Project Overview
Soyak Yapı, the real estate arm of Soyak Holding, is one of Turkey's most established developers, with 55,000+ homes delivered over six decades and a portfolio of large-scale housing communities such as Soyak Yenişehir, Olympiakent, and Mavişehir.
To support continued growth and tighten control across its real estate projects, Soyak launched an enterprise program to implement an integrated ERP and project-management platform.
The initiative centered on deploying Microsoft Dynamics–based ERP together with the xPM construction project management layer to unify finance, cost control, contracts, and site progress within a single data model.
The result was a governance-led digital backbone that improved budget discipline, accelerated period-close cycles, and gave management consistent, drill-down insight into project performance, risk exposure, and cash flow across the entire Soyak housing portfolio.
