Project Overview
The TEB Headquarters Campus is the flagship corporate headquarters for Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB), one of Turkey's leading private banks and a strategic partner of BNP Paribas, the eurozone's largest banking group.
Located in the Saray district of Istanbul, the campus comprises multiple interconnected office blocks with a total gross floor area of approximately 45,000 m², designed to consolidate the bank's central operations, technology infrastructure, and executive functions into a single integrated campus environment.
The project was delivered under a design-build contract, requiring close coordination between architectural design development, structural engineering, MEP systems integration, and interior fit-out to meet international banking standards for security, business continuity, and operational efficiency.
