Urban Residential Excellence in Brooklyn
A residential project in Brooklyn comprising 105 units within a 210,000 SF development. The architectural design was led by Taller Frida Escobedo, interior design by Workstead, and landscape design by DXA Studio & Patrick Cullina.
The main contractor AVDOO partnered with DBS (Digital Building Services), which is experienced in BIM, where xPM was among the founders, for all BIM coordination processes. Architectural, structural, and MEP models were prepared, followed by clash analyses, shop drawings, and design improvements.
The architectural design model was transformed into a construction coordination model, enabling seamless collaboration between all project stakeholders and ensuring design intent was maintained throughout construction.
xPM's Role
Facilitated coordination with MEP by creating architectural and structural models. Attended meetings with all stakeholders to identify clash detections and ensure inter-team coordination. Led the transformation of design models into construction-ready coordination models.
