The development was delivered through comprehensive BIM coordination, ensuring clash-free MEP systems, optimized structural layouts, and accurate quantity take-offs that supported cost control throughout the construction phase. Each unit is designed with independent access, dedicated loading areas, and flexible interior configurations to serve a wide range of commercial tenants.
xPM provided end-to-end project management, construction intelligence, and BIM coordination services, aligning design intent with constructibility requirements and enabling the owner to maintain schedule and budget targets across the multi-unit development.
