LinkedInDr. Omer Bisen is the founder of xPM, a project controls and decision intelligence firm for capital projects. Across more than 25 years spanning project management, project controls, ERP, analytics, forecasting, and construction decision support, his work has centered on a single problem: turning fragmented project data into governed evidence that supports confident management decisions.
His earlier research applied neural networks, fuzzy logic, and ANFIS to construction cost uncertainty. That work continues today in xPM’s structure-first approach to applied AI — establish the control basis, preserve project meaning across systems, determine the evidence appropriate to the question, then apply the intelligence needed and show the uncertainty clearly.
He writes and speaks on project controls, integration, and applied AI, and presents “Prediction AI in Project Controls” at Project Controls Expo USA 2026.
