Engaged to prepare the Project Management Plan (PMP) and develop a detailed, climate-driven construction schedule with 4D construction simulation, ensuring delivery certainty under extreme environmental and logistical constraints in a high-altitude resort zone with winter temperatures reaching -28°C.
Project Overview
The Sberbank Corporate Center Hotel in Estosadok, Sochi, Russia is a premium hospitality asset positioned within the Krasnaya Polyana resort cluster, a tourism and sports destination that experienced significant infrastructure expansion in advance of the 2014 Winter Olympic Games.
The broader region, including venues such as Gornaya Karusel and the Rosa Khutor ski areas, was developed to support Olympic skiing and spectator facilities, contributing to long-term tourism demand and investment potential in adjacent hotel properties.
The project comprises approximately 16,700 m² of gross construction area, including a multi-storey public parking facility supporting hotel operations and visitor capacity. Construction works were contracted under a fast-track schedule, with a focus on structural efficiency, cost discipline, and delivery certainty.
